SEXLIFE – If any of y’all out there are interested in soft porn, this NetFlix original new series is for you! Dana couldn’t get enough of it. Frannie watched through the first three episodes, but lost interest after that. I made it to the end, but by episode six some of the situations were utterlyContinue reading

VERSAILLES – Merveilleux! The peeps are in full agreement on this three season series about the volatile reign of King Louis XIV of France. It is exceptional. Riveting story, excellent work. Sandi has been raving about it for months and happily convinced me to watch. Linette and Pat both are big fans and Dana lovedContinue reading
THE GLOAMING – Dana and I are huge fans of this Starz show! Filmed in Australia with an Australian cast, it had me spellbound from episode one. It is an edgy murder mystery incorporating witchcraft and dark magic into the plot. (The witch bit alone is enough to keep Dana and me interested). Add inContinue reading

With a mostly British cast, it’s along the same lines as Sabrina – the Teenage Witch, the Order, and other such magical fantasy adventures. Any viewers who enjoy those shows will enjoyContinue reading
BRIDGERTON – The peeps are in full agreement on this one…nothing but love, adoration and toasts all around. Based on the book series by Julia Quinn, it is clever, delightful and engaging – as are all the characters in this show. And it doesn’t hurt that one of the leads, Rege-Jean Page, is exquisitely handsome.Continue reading
HISTORY OF SWEAR WORDS – I thoroughly enjoyed this series. The laughs are frequent and we actually learn the history of some of our favorite choice words. We also are educated on how their usage has changed since their origin and the myriad ways their meanings are employed in today’s lexicon. Each word has it’sContinue reading
THE CROWN 4 – I’ve already blogged about how much the peeps and I have enjoyed all seasons of the Crown. Excellent work all around even if some creative license has allegedly been taken. Or maybe a lot. Some have claimed it’s downright fiction. Still, it’s top notch entertainment. I would only add for thisContinue reading
